MARKETPLACE QUALITY
Business Quality Standard
1. Verified rating standard
Each storefront must maintain a minimum 3.00-star rating once it has at least 10 verified customer reviews in the latest rolling 90-day period. Only reviews linked to completed Bonus Batch pickups count toward enforcement.
2. Quality probation
A storefront below 3.00 stars enters a 30-day quality probation period. The Business portal displays the current verified rating, review count, and deadline. A storefront below 2.50 stars may move directly to quality review because the rating is materially below the standard.
3. Enforcement decision
If the rating remains below 3.00 when probation ends, Bonus Batch may propose a prospective 65% Business and 35% Bonus Batch revenue split or suspend the storefront from new selling. A fee change is documented through the commercial-terms revision process and applies only after the required acceptance, countersignature, and effective date.
4. Existing customer obligations
A selling suspension removes the storefront from customer discovery and blocks new listings. It does not cancel paid pickups, customer claims, refunds, statements, settlements, record access, or obligations that already exist.
5. Recovery and records
Probation ends automatically when the rolling verified rating returns to at least 3.00. A selling suspension or executed commercial change requires an authorized Bonus Batch decision. Calculations, notices, decisions, and status changes are retained in an audit history.
